Mr. Siegel’s primary function as Executive Vice President is to oversee the activities of his team of Orr Partners’ Project Managers. Mr. Siegel’s strengths lie in the financial aspects of the development process, from a firm understanding of market drivers to financial modeling and budget development.    During his tenure with Orr Partners, Mr. Siegel has developed and managed project budgets for several significant clients including, AOL, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, General Dynamics Information Technology, FDIC, and George Mason University Foundation.

Mr. Siegel served as Executive Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge for several significant projects including nearly 1,500,000 SF of construction projects for Gulfstream, 300,000 SF of space for General Dynamics Information Technology; multiple projects for George Mason University Foundation totaling 500,000 SF; and the development of a 422,000 square foot project for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
