Services Provided: Orr was initially engaged by Boland to provide due diligence services on a building they were contemplating purchasing for use as their headquarters. Orr’s due diligence report assisted Boland in negotiating a lower purchase price and more favorable terms and conditions. Orr was subsequently engaged to provide project management services including management of the schedule and budget, design oversight, building permit process, A/V and IT coordination, and the engagement of the general contractor. The project was designed, permitted and constructed in six months and was delivered under budget.
