Services Provided: Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) engaged Orr to provide oversight services related to this build-to-suit Class-A office building, and to manage the design and construction of approximately 70,000 SF of interior office space to be occupied by MBA. MBA elected to pursue LEED Gold certification during the design process. Orr managed the LEED process and both the interior and core and shell were certified gold for additional costs totaling less that 4% of the original costs.
