About Orr Partners

Orr Partners is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, with multiple certified LEED^® AP project managers on staff. In addition, all of our staff has received LEED training. We encourage and facilitate the use of sustainable LEED practices on all of our projects. We are proud to have managed the first LEED Gold project in Loudoun County, Virginia in 2008.

Orr Partners and all of our project management staff are members of the NAIOP Northern Virginia (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). In addition to membership, Orr has been honored with many NAIOP awards over the years.
