Kris is a knowlegeable project manager that completes real estate projects from beginning to end. He started working in the real estate industry in his family’s real estate development business. He then transitioned to Davis Construction for experience on base building projects, followed by EDENS to experience the landlord side.

When not managing projects, Kris collects sneakers and enjoys playing basketball and snowboarding. He is a self-confessed sneakerhead originally from Seoul, Korea. He currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife Ivy, daughter Lena, and dog Snowy.

Kris has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from George Mason University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
