Kerem 40 under 40

The Washington Business Journal sifted through hundreds of applications for our popular 40 Under 40 signature award program and it’s time for the big reveal.

The Class of 2026 includes honorees from the commercial real estate, banking, tech, nonprofit, hospitality, professional services and health care sectors. 

To qualify, honorees had to be under the age of 40 as of Feb. 20, 2026, and have an established presence in Greater Washington. Honorees were chosen by the newsroom and selections were based entirely on candidates’ merits, achievements and contributions to their organizations and local community. Commercial interests with the Business Journal were not considered.

Orr Partners VP Kerem Demirci was included in this year’s list.
