Founded in 1988, Orr Partners is a well-established and highly regarded owner’s representative, real estate development, project and construction management, and property management firm in the Washington Metropolitan area. With a proven track record of success, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. 

Our team of experts brings extensive experience in managing the intricacies of the design and construction process, ensuring that costly mistakes are avoided. In response to the demands of our clients, we launched Orr Partners Property Management (formerly known as MacGregor Property Management). This division brings the same exceptional level of service to managing completed properties. Currently, Orr PM manages over 3 million square feet of commercial office, medical office, and retail properties.
