Orr partnered with Electric Boat to develop a facilities master plan (FMP) for their Groton campus and remains actively engaged in development management across their portfolio. Orr has delivered numerous GDEB manufacturing facilities in direct support of the US Navy’s nuclear-powered submarine program.

Orr oversees projects from initial planning through final occupancy and/or operational start-up. Project types span modular manufacturing, coatings, and final assembly buildings, along with wet berths, piers, and supporting site improvements.
