A 1970s office building revamped into a waterfront mixed-use multifamily development in Washington, D.C.
The former headquarters of the United States Coast Guard in southwest Washington, D.C. is being redeveloped into a state-of-the-art mixed-use apartment building on the banks of the Anacostia River.
In partnership with Akridge, Western Development, Jefferson Apartment Group and Redbrick LMD, D.C.-area firm Orr Partners is underway on the transformation of the 1970s office building into a community called RiverPoint.
