Eaternity Social Restaurant Group has signed an 8,028-square-foot lease to open a new Latin American restaurant at RiverPoint, the 73,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Washington, D.C.’s Buzzard Point neighborhood.
KLNB Principal Ernie Hueter represented the landlord, Western Development, in the deal, while CapStar Commercial Realty’s Greg Cho represented Eaternity.
