Blaire is a detail-oriented Project Manager with seven years of experience working closely with owners and internal team members to provide support on design, planning, and construction for federal, state, and municipal contracts. She is proficient at tracking and supervising project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while updating and reviewing project financial status. She has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and can tackle large projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality project development while working effectively with members in a small team environment.

Outside of work, Blaire enjoys staying active by playing tennis, hiking, and traveling. She currently lives in Washington, DC, but grew up in Florida. Go Gators!

Blaire holds a Master of Construction Management, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida.
