Due to rapid growth ACP needed to double their space to include a large event space. Orr was engaged to assist in assessing desirable spaces and managing the selected full floor buildout. Due to internal commitments, the project had an aggressive schedule. When the leadership changed, ACP made significant changes during construction. Orr worked closely with the team to find creative solutions to stay on schedule and on budget. Due to this success, ACP awarded Orr a follow-on project to address additional adjustments for the new leadership.
