The Arlington YMCA is currently located on a 4.39-acre parcel in Arlington, Virginia, with an approximate 10-minute walk to a Metro Station. In a partnership with Republic and The Michaels Organization, the YMCA will be developing a new state-of-the-art facility consisting of indoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, fitness space, conference/breakout/lounge space, and 203 parking spaces. Orr Partners is representing the YMCA in the redevelopment of the facility, which includes a complex joint rezoning process. The new facility design will incorporate elements to ensure WELL certification upon completion.
