Orr provided project oversight and due diligence services for investor FCP on this apartment complex with two poured in place concrete, residential towers, each with eight stories around a central courtyard. In between the two towers, a 10-story, concrete parking garage was built with the clubhouse, pool, and other amenities on its top two floors. Orr conducted semi-monthly site inspections, prepared monthly reports, and attended monthly team calls. Reports covered construction progress, manpower/material availability, construction quality, evaluations of draw requests and change order logs, and potential risks.
