Orr Partners and Benchmark Senior Living (BSL) partnered to develop a 115-unit, seven-story assisted living and memory care facility. It is located on the last pad site at West Alex, a new, mixed-use development that includes a commercial building and two multifamily buildings with a Silver Diner and a Harris Teeter. The new BSL facility will include a rooftop outdoor space, dining, a wellness/exercise center, yoga and massage studios and medical treatment centers for its residents. Orr is carefully managing the strengthening of the existing underground parking structure while its in-use by adjacent tenants.
