Orr Partners developed this residential project located in the Summit community on Powder Mountain (SPM). The ten townhouses are characterized by a row of dwellings separated by common walls to increase the density of the Village and promote street-oriented activity and ski-out connections to the SPM trail network. Near views of the adjacent Lefty’s ski run and unimpeded long views of the surrounding mountains and Salt Lake Basin are provided at the upper terrace of each dwelling, providing an opportunity to create dynamic spaces for social interaction, an important part of life in the Summit community.
