Orr Partners provided project design and construction management for FDIC’s campus expansion, overseeing every aspect of the project. This urban in-fill project included

• two nine-story office towers with a building linking to the existing seven-story facility,
• 6,000 SF of retail space and
• 250,000 SF of below grade parking on three levels.

Orr provided leadership on 4.1 site plan approval and coordinating the monitoring program with local transit. The project won the Award of Excellence Best Building from the NAIOP No. Va. Chapter in 2006.
