Orr Partners managed the fast-track construction of this new five-story administrative building with ground-floor classroom and retail components. The classrooms include a tiered lecture hall and a state-of-the-art audio-visual space for collaborative learning. The remaining floors house office suites for various university user groups, which are designed with centrally-located, common spaces, such as conference and copy rooms, for easy access by various groups to increase the efficiency of the space. Workstations are located on the perimeter of each floor, with offices behind and natural light from skylights and interior windows.
