Orr Partners provided development management services for the design and construction of a 320,000 SF manufacturing facility for Gulf-stream’s corporate jets. The project included 34 acres of site work, 196,000 SF of clear-span assembly floor, connections to the existing air-port and campus utilities, a central energy plant, and 60,000 SF of office space. The facility was ready for occupancy more than two months ahead of schedule and won three industry awards.
