When NADA’s previous building no longer met their needs, they leased a new space over two floors and engaged Orr to lead the interior build-out. The new office largely consists of open workspaces surrounded by perimeter offices with an interconnected stairway to promote movement between the floors. Huddle rooms and various-sized conference rooms are scattered throughout for privacy and collaboration. The modern interior design was envisioned to mimic a luxury car interior. In addtion, the NADA Academy, a member-oriented course for auto and truck dealers, encompasses four large classrooms on one floor.
