During the 2020-21 pandemic, Orr managed the tenant build-out for NAVA’s new office. Hybrid working adjustments were made during site selection, which reduced 200 dedicated seats to 100 hoteling seats, allowing NAVA to occupy one floor in their preferred, unique building built in 1888. The existing exposed columns, internal brick walls, and terracotta ceilings have been finished to maintain their beauty and resolve safety and cleaning concerns. The modern space with historic features includes 17 various sized meeting rooms with similar AV experiences under budget.
