Orr Partners recently purchased the site of the Red Lion Hotel Rossyln Iwo Jima in Arlington, VA. This site will be redeveloped into an eight-story multi-family building with three levels of underground parking. Orr anticipates the development will have approximately 423 apartment units when completed.
