Orr Partners was the Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative for this large-scale renovation and new construction project with responsibility for the overall day-to-day project related activities. The renovation of St. Alban’s 11-acre Athletic field included new tennis courts, multi-purpose field, baseball field, practice field and swimming pool. The project also includes construction of new tennis and pool pavilions, concessions and storage buildings, multi-purpose and baseball press boxes, and a swimming pool.
