After a comprehensive master planning process, SSSAS engaged Orr to manage the implementation of the renovations planned for the Upper School campus.

The new Upper School will include a 46,000 SF addition and renovation to the existing building, including a new dining facility, science labs, art studios, classrooms and outdoor seating space. The project will also include a green roof designed to be integrated into the learning experience. The site has significant geographical challenges and will require earth retention and careful storm water management.
