Orr worked with TCF to renovate the full 13^th floor after they extended their lease. Key changes included making the pantry and main conference room a focal point with views of the Potomac and Washington, DC. Natural wood elements were added throughout to highlight TCF’s work and two tables were custom-made from a TCF-managed forest. Petrified moss was incorporated into a green wall and the ceiling around a skylight. The project received several work stoppages due to noise, but Orr scheduled some early morning and night work to keep the project on time.
