Orr served as Owner’s Representative for FCP in their partnership with Kane Realty to redevelop an existing downtown warehouse site into a mixed-use, multi-family residence. The LEED Gold project includes 262 market rate apartments, 214,000 SF of trophy office space and 45,000 SF of high-end retail with parking. The bottom two stories of the trophy office tower incorporate the weathered brick façade of the existing, historic plumbing supply warehouse. On top of that and a new post-tensioned garage are one-of-a-kind sloped curtain wall facades. The project also included reworking old utilities to bring them up to modern standards.
