Orr Partners provided phased renovation in place of a partially occupied office floor. Half of the space was used as construction took place in the other half. The office includes open work areas with conference and team rooms, a video studio, multiple podcasting studios, and an open pantry area that doubles as a presentation space with video conferencing capabilities. A sound masking system was installed to mitigate noise in the open work environment, as well as maintaining privacy in the glass front team and conference rooms.
