Orr was engaged to manage the club renovations along with a 12,500 SF addition for a new fitness center. The golf cart storage was relocated to a new structure, requiring a reconfigured entrance and driveway with a new outdoor pavilion and ballroom entrance. Clubhouse renovations include an upgraded fitness center, enlarged/upgraded Kid’s Club, reconfigured back-of-house spaces, new indoor golf simulators, meeting/event rental space, and hospitality areas. Orr coordinated the short construction window around peak seasonal activities in the fully functional Country Club. Orr’s temporary phasing minimized construction impacts for members.
