Orr Partners was the Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative primarily focused on the construction of a new state-of-the-art “snack bar” and training facility. The 7,000 square foot building includes 18 outdoor hitting bays, two training bays and two indoor simulators. The “halfway house” also includes a bar/lounge area with full commercial grade kitchen. The lower level includes a chipping area, as well as an indoor putting practice facility. Simultaneous to this project, the golf course underwent a complete redesign and renovation. Complete communication and collaboration between all team members was imperative from design to close-out.
