Orr assisted GAC in creating a facilities master plan (FMP) for their Savannah campus and continues to provide development management services the projects. After implementing that plan for over 15 years, Orr is currently working on reassessing and adding to the FMP. Projects totally almost four million SF of new and renovated facilities have been completed, many completed ahead of schedule with one facility winning three industry awards.

Orr manages projects from initiation through final move-in and/or start-up. Projects include new office construction, office renovations, lab/R&D space, manufacturing facilities, hangars, fuel farms, a connector road, and ancillary site improvements.
