Orr assisted Electric Boat in creating a facilities master plan (FMP) for their Quonset Point campus and continues to provide development management services on their projects. Orr has completed many of GDEB’s manufacturing facilities in support of the US Navy nuclear-powered submarine program.

Orr manages projects from initiation through final move-in and/or start-up. Projects include modular manufacturing, coatings, and final assembly buildings, as well as wet berths, piers, and ancillary site improvements.
