Orr Partners is managing this new airplane production facility. This will allow GAC to relocate existing operations and free up space in three existing facilities. The vacant spaces will be renovated to allow GAC to perform more efficient and effective revenue generating operations. Orr hired a dedicated, Spanish-speaking, local project manager to coordinate onsite construction. The desert location and extreme heat requires extra precautions during construction to protect workers, including extra breaks, hydration stations, and tenting/umbrellas for shade. To take advantage of the desert location, the roof and parking canopies will be covered in solar panels.
