Terry has more than 25 years of experience in design and construction management. He has served as the lead project manager on projects valued from $250,000 to $150M with the responsibility for project management services from inception through completion. Currently, Terry will support the General Dynamics St Marks Powder renovation as Senior Project Manager.

Outside of work, Terry is active  outdoors hiking, kayaking and biking. He also participates in charity work and recently completed the Alpha Omega Miracle Home in St Augustine, FL. He and his wife, Kathy, reside part time in Florida and part time in North Carolina with his two dogs, a Wire fox terrier and a Scottish terrier.

Terry has a Master of Science from Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University.
