Orr Partners contributes to the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington Acts of Kindness Fund (AKF), which was founded by their senior leadership to give back to YMCA of Metropolitan staff during times of tremendous crisis. Employees also participated in the Thingamajig Invention Convention, which offers more than a dozen free hands-on challenges designed to spark curiosity and showcase kids’ S.T.E.A.M. skills.
