George is primarily responsible for identifying and pursuing development and investment opportunities for acquisition throughout California and the Western United States, with a focus on ground-up multi-family and mixed-use development projects. He also helps forge relationships with consultants and potential partners to scale Orr’s business on the West Coast. 

When not sourcing exceptional opportunities and helping to scale our platform, George spends his time DJ’ing, producing music, snowboarding, learning to surf, and keeping fit via running & yoga. He lives with his wonderful wife Katy and their two adorable dogs, Yumi and Arturo, in sunny Santa Monica, California. 

George has a Bachelor in Economics from Colorado College, and also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
