Jim is an execution-driven project manager with over 10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, heavy civil, and residential construction. He works closely with primary stakeholders to assemble construction teams, develop budgets, manage risks, and support construction efforts to ensure successful project completion.

When not managing projects, Jim enjoys hiking and backpacking adventures in the mountains of New England. He is a committed runner and frequently enters charity road race events. Jim also enjoys live music. He lives in Windsor Locks, CT with his wife Tara and son William.

Jim has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Southwest Baptist University.
