Matt is responsible for managing projects through the entire buildout process, including lease negotiations, design, construction management and handoff to client’s operations departments. Currently, Matt is managing the development and expansion of a major retail client throughout the United States. Having a broad background in architecture, construction, asset and development experience provides him with a diverse perspective, ultimately recognizing the design intent, feasibility and financial implications of projects.

When not at work, Matt enjoys trying out new restaurants, skiing and walking his two golden retrievers. Originally from New Jersey, Matt currently lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Ellen, his two boys and his pups.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Catholic University and a Master of Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
