Orr Partners managed the design and construction of this 77-unit residential project. The project was developed on a former gas station site and Orr Partners coordinated the remediation work, relocating an existing water line and moving the existing electrical service. This is a four-story wood framed structure over concrete podium with exterior brick construction to mimic nearby historic Capitol Hill homes.
