After the Condo Association for this luxury building received a settlement for defective construction, Orr was engaged to identify the defects, procure a GC, and coordinate logistics with the owners / occupants of the 72 affected units. In addition, Orr managed the building corridor renovations and installations of a new security system and a “pre-action” smoke alarm system.

Since the building was occupied, Orr coordinated moving and hotel accommodations for the residents in each affected unit. Orr’s schedule management ensured residents were displaced for less than two weeks, and in many cases only one.
