Alarm.com chose Orr Partners as the project manager for their corporate headquarters. The new space is a mix of hard wall offices and open work stations, conference and huddle rooms, collaboration areas, testing labs, and a large divisible training space with pantries and lounge areas.

A steel, glass, and reclaimed timber staircase is the focal point at the center of the office. The wood, sourced from an 1800’s bank barn, was also used to build two farm tables for the pantries. Orr guided Alarm.com to an on-time relocation of over 300 employees and delivered the project under budget.
