Orr Partners managed the development of American Woodmark’s new corporate headquarters. This build-to-suit project includes offices, labs, a customer care call center, a cafeteria, and a data center. Orr provided complete development management services from site selection through entitlements, design, construction and close-out for this publicly traded corporation. Orr also had full responsibility for managing all hard, soft, F&E, all vendors.
