Orr furnished project oversight and due diligence services for investor Federal Capital Partners (FCP) on this 288-unit apartment complex with a clubroom, courtyards, cybercafé, fitness center, and infinity pool. In addition to two wood-framed, four-story buildings the complex includes surface parking and private garages. Orr conducted monthly site inspections and prepared monthly reports, which included an evaluation of the developer’s monthly draw request and identification of potential risks to the budget and construction schedule.
