AOL has been an Orr Partners client for over 20 years. Orr was first engaged to salvage a project on their Dulles campus, which led to managing the design and construction of four 200,000 SF buildings, two parking garages and a LEED Gold day care center. We have since managed AOL projects across the U.S. and Canada.

Most recently, we managed the occupied renovation of their headquarters building, which included conducting the GC procurement, developing the master budget and schedule, and procuring a large furniture package. The final project was delivered on-time and on-budget, while winning the 2016 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Tenant Improvements over 50,0000 SF.
