Orr managed this large tenant improvement project over two separate floors with three floors between. The space is primarily open office with limited hard wall offices at the core. Many collaborative work areas and conference rooms are included throughout each floor. Employee amenities include a large café with specialty work areas, zen rooms and mother’s rooms. The two separated floors presented logistical challenges, which required Orr’s careful management to maintain the project schedule and budget. In scheduling, Orr also prioritized delivery of key spaces for initial furniture installations to further secure the schedule.
