• site due diligence,
• managing the schedule and budget,
• overseeing the design,
• coordinating AV and IT and
• engaging the general contractor.

Orr provided oversight during the construction and close-out phases, including change order negotiation. The project had an aggressive schedule, going from schematic design to occupancy in six months.
