Orr Partners managed the design, engineering and construction of this state-of-the-art corporate childcare facility for a confidential client. It was designed to mirror the original childcare facility that was so popular with employees a second phase was quickly needed. The one-story facility is a masonry veneer and wood frame structure on six acres. Childcare Center – Phase II was the first LEED Gold certified building in Loudoun County and the first LEED certified childcare facility in Virginia.
