Orr Partners was part of the development team and provided development management services for the design and construction of this 100,000 SF Class-A Medical Office Building. The project also included 32 interior build-outs for the practices within the building, including requirements for outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging, dialysis and wet and dry labs. Upon completion, Orr Partners Property Management provided on-site property management.
