Orr Partners was responsible for the management of the design and construction of this fast-track project, including procurement of consultants, contract preparation and negotiation, permitting and project close-out.

The original two-story building was demolished to create space for the new Cultural Mission. The building consists of three levels of underground parking and a five-story building above ground. Orr also managed the interior build-out including hard offices with systems furniture, a café with seating for 50, a theatre and a ballroom.
