FCPA engaged Orr Partners for construction of a special playground (park) where children with and without disabilities can play side-by-side. The project involved site improvements to approximately 18 acres with open space, trails, gardens and two acres for the playground. General construction elements included a handicap accessible playground, a pond, asphalt trails, a picnic pavilion, a carousel, restrooms, and an office with storage space.
