FIRE engaged Orr Partners to manage their tenant build-out in the Eastern Market area of Washington, DC. This small space consists of 10 hardwall offices at the perimeter surrounding eight workstations with a copy area in the core. Also included are a pantry, conference room, wellness room and reception area. Managing this project required heavy coordination for material deliveries in order to avoid disrupting operations of the busy grocery store within the building.
